1. How long does it take to prepare a package?
If all products are available, the package is ready to be sent the next working day. However, by default, we need 2 working days for this. In case of wholesale orders (over 200 items), the waiting time for preparing the package is up to 5 working days.

3. Is your company a file manufacturer?
Yes, we produce the whole offered assortment in our plants, thanks to which we have full control over the quality of our products.
4. What is the difference between the STANDARD PEN line and PREMIUM line?
Nail files produced by us are always of the highest quality. The STANDARD PEN line means lower availability of colours, changed dimensions and different rigidity. The quality of the abrasive material is the same as in the PREMIUM version, which we additionally try to produce according to the 100% ECO-FRIENDLY principle.
5. What is the difference between the STANDARD PEN line and STANDARD PEN - SLIM line?
STANDARD PEN – SLIM files are definitely thinner and stiffer than STANDARD PEN files. They are about 2 mm thick.
6. Can I buy a wholesale quantity of files, blocks or caps?
Yes, you will find wholesale packages in the shop. By choosing them, you will buy the cheapest nail files. If you have any questions or want to buy larger quantities, please contact us.
7. Can I purchase files with my logo?
Yes, the minimum quantity is 800 pieces, then the price is about 0,15 PLN. BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER, please contact sklepfilen@gmail.com to calculate the amount due. To the first order – in addition to the cost of printing – we add the cost of producing the template. It is possible to include a print on a smaller number of files.
