Returns and complaints

Returns

The customer has the right to return the goods purchased in the shop within 14 calendar days from the shipment’s receipt under the rules described in the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014. (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 287 as amended).

Return Process

1 Download the return form, print it out and fill it in: RETURN FORM

2 Pack the returned product and protect it from damage during transport.

3 To exercise your right of withdrawal from the Agreement, please inform us in a convenient way (email, Facebook, Instagram) of your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

3 Send your package with tracking and proof of posting by post or courier to our address: files4nails.com ul. Sobieszowska 20c 58-560, Jelenia Góra, Poland.

5 We do not accept packages sent COD.

6 The return process only applies to goods that do not bear any signs of use are returned unaltered and without signs of use and in the original manufacturer packaging.

7 Failure to do so will be grounds for not accepting the return of goods.

8 All costs related to sending back the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.

9 Once the parcel is received, you will be informed within 5 working days whether the return has been accepted.

10 If your return is accepted, you will receive a transfer to the account specified in the form you filled in or to your PayPal account.

11 Personalised goods are not returnable.

Complaints

Differences in the appearance of the goods ordered with those received, which are due to the difference in the setting of the Customer’s monitor parameters, in particular the difference in colours, do not constitute grounds for complaint.

Complaints shall not include:

            – natural wear and tear of the product,

            – mechanical damage,

            – obvious defects evident upon receipt of the package and not immediately notified upon discovery,

            – discolourations that may occur on natural material such as corundum.

Complaints Procedure

2 Pack the returned product and protect it from damage during transport.

3 Send your package with tracking and proof of posting by post or courier to our address: files4nails.com ul. Sobieszowska 20c 58-560, Jelenia Góra, Poland.

4 Your complaint will be dealt with within 14 calendar days of the day we receive your parcel.

7 In the event of a justified complaint, the shop will refund all transaction costs incurred by the Customer.

8 Refunds are made by bank transfer to the account specified on the return form or to PayPal.
